I recently purchased the Khaki green belted shirt dress - it's very comfortable, stylish, cool in the recent hot weather and lined (!!!). I have been approached several times by people who have stopped to ask where I got it from.

I will definitely be ordering the equivalent red shirt dress which has just been released, and will be looking out for more.

Just spent £200 and paid £6.95 next day delivery. Parcel arrived Tuesday and I asked for a refund due to it not being next day (ordered early Saturday morning) told I wouldn’t be getting a refund as it’s in the terms and conditions. Out of principle will never buy anything again .

I purchase an item just one week before a sale started. I emailed customer services and asked to be refunded so I could pay the sale price as otherwise I would just return and re-order the item for the sale price. They took several days to respond and refused to refund the difference as they said the size I ordered was now out of stock! It was in stock when I initially emailed them! I also don’t see what difference this makes as they will now be having my size in stock when I return the item out of principle! Also others may return this same size so it may be available again. Seems they were thinking I would have to keep the item as I could not re purchase at sale price but I will just return so they will still loose the extra money I paid before the sale price came out! Seems they are very greedy wanting to keep this extra money!

Fabulous company. They have a outnet site with sale items with a extra 20% off !!!! I found the quality fantastic. All arrived quickly. Spoke to Eleanor in customer services and she resolved my question quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love this site. The clothes and shoes fit well and it’s definitely recommended.

I purchased a rose gold jumper for £40 from sosandar
Wore this for the first time on Saturday night out for dinner with friends the jumper has so many pulls in it you couldn’t wear again as it looks awful ?
Contacted sosandar about a refund was told this jumper was prone to pulls therefore would not refund me
So apparently £40 for a once worn jumper is acceptable
Never shopping with them again shame because some stuff is very nice

I’ve bought the odd item from Sosander over the last couple of years but bought quite a few things this year. Their clothes are consistently true to size, great quality, lovely design and material. They are also a bit different from the usual high street offerings.
I’m 5’2 and as a more mature woman I don’t want to wear anything skimpy or too revealing. I’ve found some beautifully cut dresses and tops this season that skim and don’t cling and give me the necessary cover. Very happy with the value and service too. Usually have my orders within 3 working days. Thank you!

Ordered a dress never used this company before so was a bit sceptical about the material and fit, the dress was around £70. Well I love it, the fit was just perfect and I've washed it and it still looks like new. Definitely be ordering again.

I have been having issues with my Sosandar returns and it is all to do with Leeds MC depot and failure to deliver my returns . Elena has been so helpful with with resolving the issue with my order 1046378538 . Greatly appreciated .

Excellent , shame I didn’t keep the dress as it just don’t suit me and was longer than I anticipated but the delivery was brilliant and the return easy, I also loved the fact my refund came within 7 days and an email to confirm this. Would definitely consider shopping again and they put a brochure in my order with some stunning clothes !
